Originalmente destinado a mi casa familiar, los giros de la vida me han llevado a buscar su pr\u00f3ximo custodio.<\/p>\n<p>Las razones por las que me enamor\u00e9 de esta tierra son numerosas, empezando por el propio Vergel, que es el pueblo m\u00e1s cercano a Ojochal y se siente como un oasis accesible (Vergel significa \"Oasis\" en espa\u00f1ol) en el centro de todo el floreciente desarrollo de la Zona Sur. Al desviarse de la carretera p\u00fablica para iniciar el recorrido de 600 metros por la servidumbre privada, muy bien mantenida, uno empieza a tener la sensaci\u00f3n de que se est\u00e1 embarcando en algo especial.<br \/>\nUna vez completados los 3 minutos de trayecto por la servidumbre y llegar a la cima, las impresionantes vistas, la brisa fresca y el aire limpio te dan la bienvenida, y es entonces cuando empieza el sue\u00f1o. Para m\u00ed fue amor a primera vista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Me gusta especialmente esta tierra porque:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Est\u00e1 en la cima de una loma y tiene electricidad y agua legales hasta el l\u00edmite de la propiedad.<br \/>\n- \u00a1Tiene una vista potencial de 360 grados, con impresionantes vistas del oc\u00e9ano y la selva virgen en un lado, impresionantes vistas de las monta\u00f1as en el otro, y el intrigante r\u00edo Sierpe en otro!<br \/>\n- \u00a1El plantel principal (sitio de construcci\u00f3n) es enorme! Se puede construir f\u00e1cilmente una casa principal de 300 metros cuadrados con una cochera y tener mucho espacio para que jueguen los ni\u00f1os (o los adultos, o ambos). El resto del terreno es una mezcla de pendiente y zona llana, lo que permite todo tipo de proyectos creativos; incluso construir una casa de hu\u00e9spedes en la selva de 150 metros cuadrados (ese era mi plan);<br \/>\n- La brisa constante;<br \/>\n- S\u00f3lo hay un vecino, una gran familia de Texas que est\u00e1 a punto de construir su casa en la \u00fanica otra parcela disponible en la cima; est\u00e1n lo suficientemente cerca como para que te sientas seguro, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para que te olvides de que tienes vecinos;<br \/>\n- Su proximidad a Ojochal y todas sus comodidades, mientras que estar escondido en una zona tranquila y exuberante, entre la hermosa fauna y flora de Costa Rica. Este lote est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cerca del centro de Ojochal que muchas de las fases de Ojochal;<br \/>\n- El trayecto es corto y f\u00e1cil desde la autopista; por lo general, las parcelas con vistas al oc\u00e9ano como \u00e9stas requieren largos y arduos trayectos por carreteras complicadas.<\/p>\n<p>Creo sinceramente que cualquier inversi\u00f3n que se haga en Vergel no har\u00e1 sino crecer en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.
