Se encuentra en las monta\u00f1as sobre Uvita, a unos 600 metros de altitud, y es mucho m\u00e1s fresca que a nivel del mar. Esta es una altitud ideal para vivir y cultivar diversos tipos de frutas y verduras. El suelo de esta finca es de color oscuro y excelente para el cultivo de alimentos, a diferencia de muchas de las fincas de la zona, que son principalmente de arcilla roja. Tambi\u00e9n hay dos manantiales naturales y varias cascadas hermosas en la propiedad, en cuyas aguas se puede crear una piscina natural. Este es el lugar perfecto para construir la casa de sus sue\u00f1os o un centro de retiro \u00e9pico. Incluso hay una secci\u00f3n natural tipo anfiteatro hacia la parte inferior de la propiedad que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda transformarse en algo especial. Hay dos maneras de llegar a esta propiedad. La primera es desde Uvita y subiendo por un camino de grava. Este acceso toma unos 30 minutos desde la carretera asfaltada y, en ocasiones, puede ser una aventura. El otro acceso es desde San Isidro y demora unos 40 min desde el centro de la ciudad y se puede hacer con un veh\u00edculo 2x2.<\/p>\n<p>La propiedad tiene aproximadamente 25% de pasto abierto y 75% de selva primaria. Al ingresar a la propiedad, atraviesa una secci\u00f3n de selva que luego se abre a la primera \u00e1rea de pasto, de aproximadamente 10 acres. Esta secci\u00f3n desciende en escaleras y es casi totalmente utilizable; actualmente cuenta con una bodega y un corral para caballos. La vista desde esta \u00e1rea es impresionante: se puede apreciar la selva primaria, las monta\u00f1as y el oc\u00e9ano, incluyendo las Islas Ballenas. Luego, un sendero que atraviesa otra secci\u00f3n de selva lleva al segundo claro de 10 acres, mucho m\u00e1s plano y totalmente utilizable. Aqu\u00ed es donde se encontraba la antigua casa y tambi\u00e9n ofrece excelentes vistas a las monta\u00f1as y al oc\u00e9ano. Hay muchos \u00e1rboles frutales maduros, como mangos, naranjos, pl\u00e1tanos y guayabas. Gracias a sus dos secciones diferenciadas, esta propiedad ser\u00eda ideal para compartir entre dos amigos, ya que cada uno tiene su propia \u00e1rea o incluso podr\u00eda estar separada. El propietario invirti\u00f3 recientemente $70,000 en mejoras en los caminos internos, el drenaje y la infraestructura, lo que facilita el desarrollo de la propiedad.
