Est\u00e1 a 2 km de la carretera Panamericana\/Interamericana. La carretera de entrada es &#039;La Lucha&#039;, que lleva el nombre de esta finca. Chacarita est\u00e1 en el desv\u00edo hacia la pen\u00ednsula de Osa y tiene una ubicaci\u00f3n central entre las zonas de surf de Pavones y Dominical. Chacarita tambi\u00e9n tiene una ubicaci\u00f3n muy c\u00e9ntrica en la zona, con varios parques nacionales cerca. Hay un nuevo aeropuerto internacional planificado en el valle entre Chacarita y Palmar, y el terreno ya ha sido asignado y el hospital necesario se ha construido cerca de Cortez. Hay una gasolinera, dos restaurantes, un supermercado y una tienda de alimentos y ferreter\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n una nueva escuela primaria y una nueva escuela secundaria. Y una iglesia. Tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 instalando un cajero autom\u00e1tico. Hay muy buen servicio de autob\u00fas a 15 minutos a pie de la finca, pero est\u00e1 lejos de la poblaci\u00f3n local. Tiene un acceso de grava a lo largo de un lado y electricidad a 50 metros del fondo de la granja. La elevaci\u00f3n de la granja va desde aproximadamente 200 metros de altitud hasta 400 metros y est\u00e1 en una monta\u00f1a, con vistas al valle de abajo. La propiedad tiene una gran \u00e1rea de construcci\u00f3n con vistas al Golfo Dulce y tiene muchas \u00e1reas de construcci\u00f3n planas grandes disponibles. Tambi\u00e9n hay suficiente \u00e1rea para poner una peque\u00f1a pista de aterrizaje de poco menos de 1,000 pies de largo, con un extremo en el acceso p\u00fablico de grava y el otro sobre un desnivel de aproximadamente 1000 pies hacia los vientos predominantes y las corrientes ascendentes, adecuado para aviones peque\u00f1os, ala delta, etc. La granja ha sido cuidada por una familia durante 20 a\u00f1os, que ha creado con \u00e9xito un buen proyecto de permacultura con cientos de \u00e1rboles frutales tropicales y muchas otras plantas, incluyendo yuca, pl\u00e1tanos, cocos, etc. La granja es completamente org\u00e1nica y no se han utilizado productos qu\u00edmicos en la tierra durante los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. Hay un peque\u00f1o arroyo, con algo de selva virgen, y cinco manantiales. Hay muchos senderos en la granja, desde abajo hasta arriba, hasta el acceso p\u00fablico. La granja tiene magn\u00edficas vistas y el suelo es calizo.
