Esta casa de tres dormitorios y dos ba\u00f1os se encuentra en una ubicaci\u00f3n perfecta, de f\u00e1cil acceso, cerca de tiendas y actividades, y, por supuesto, a poca distancia de Playa Ballena en el Parque Nacional Marino Ballena. Esta zona es un destino tur\u00edstico muy popular y esta casa es perfecta para quienes desean invertir en esta regi\u00f3n de r\u00e1pido crecimiento, pudiendo alquilarla todo el a\u00f1o y disfrutarla. Justo en el centro de Bah\u00eda (llamada as\u00ed por las ballenas jorobadas que habitan esta regi\u00f3n costera), esta es la zona de Uvita donde todos los turistas y familias j\u00f3venes desean alojarse. Puede caminar o andar en bicicleta por esta zona plana del pueblo, que alberga dos grandes mercados agr\u00edcolas (uno los mi\u00e9rcoles y otro los s\u00e1bados), escuelas primarias, supermercados, numerosos restaurantes, parques infantiles, r\u00edos y playas.
