Es una joya en medio de la selva tropical. La casa est\u00e1 orientada al oeste, lo que le permite disfrutar de espectaculares vistas del atardecer en una propiedad de 4 hect\u00e1reas de selva tropical virgen. Al final de la urbanizaci\u00f3n, solo las vistas y los sonidos de la naturaleza rodean la casa, sin otras casas a la vista.<\/p>\n<p>La residencia principal y la casa de hu\u00e9spedes\/estudio tienen una superficie de m\u00e1s de 5000 pies cuadrados. La casa principal consta de cuatro plantas. El ascensor tambi\u00e9n da acceso desde la planta principal al balc\u00f3n de la azotea, donde se encuentra la zona de entretenimiento. La primera planta es una terraza cubierta y descubierta en la zona de la piscina, con ba\u00f1o completo, vestidores, comedor, zona de barbacoa y acceso a las terrazas circundantes y a la piscina.<br \/>\nEl segundo nivel cuenta con una cocina con encimeras de granito y gabinetes de cedro rojo de dise\u00f1o personalizado, adem\u00e1s de un ba\u00f1o completo. Cuenta con una sala de estar y un comedor techados de 6 metros, dos rec\u00e1maras, una de ellas con una ventana circular con vista al jard\u00edn, un ba\u00f1o y una terraza.<br \/>\nEl tercer nivel cuenta con dos rec\u00e1maras principales, separadas por una sala de estar y un balc\u00f3n. Cada rec\u00e1mara cuenta con vestidor, ba\u00f1o y balcones.<br \/>\nEl cuarto nivel es una terraza en la azotea con una espectacular vista de 360\u00b0 del Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico y la selva tropical de Costa Rica.<br \/>\nDesde el \u00e1rea de la piscina hay vista al mar.<br \/>\nA medida que se ascienden los distintos niveles, el paisaje se expande, haciendo visibles vistas panor\u00e1micas tanto de la monta\u00f1a, como del bosque y del oc\u00e9ano en lo alto de la terraza.<br \/>\nLos muebles de la casa est\u00e1n realizados en cedro rojo, incluidas las ocho puertas y las camas, todo ello dise\u00f1ado por el arquitecto Franz Beer.<br \/>\nEsta casa fue presentada y fotografiada por la revista de arquitectura \u201cStyles and Houses\u201d y publicada en un art\u00edculo de 16 p\u00e1ginas.<br \/>\nUna caracter\u00edstica distintiva del dise\u00f1o de Franz Beer es la integraci\u00f3n armoniosa entre la geometr\u00eda y lo org\u00e1nico.
