Initialement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 ma maison familiale, les al\u00e9as de la vie m&#039;ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 chercher son futur propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Les raisons pour lesquelles j&#039;ai eu un coup de c\u0153ur pour ce territoire sont nombreuses, \u00e0 commencer par Vergel elle-m\u00eame, la ville la plus proche d&#039;Ojochal, qui ressemble \u00e0 une oasis accessible (Vergel signifie \u00ab\u00a0oasis\u00a0\u00bb en espagnol) au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9veloppement florissant de la zone sud. En quittant la voie publique pour emprunter l&#039;all\u00e9e de 600 m\u00e8tres qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la servitude priv\u00e9e tr\u00e8s bien entretenue, on a le sentiment d&#039;entreprendre quelque chose d&#039;exceptionnel.<br \/>\nUne fois les trois minutes de route franchies et le sommet atteint, la vue imprenable, la brise fra\u00eeche et l&#039;air pur vous accueillent, et c&#039;est l\u00e0 que le r\u00eave commence. Ce fut le coup de foudre !<\/p>\n<p><strong>J&#039;aime particuli\u00e8rement cette terre parce que :<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2013 Il est situ\u00e9 au sommet d\u2019une cr\u00eate et dispose de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et de l\u2019eau l\u00e9gales jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la limite de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vous avez une vue potentielle \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s, avec des vues \u00e0 couper le souffle sur l&#039;oc\u00e9an et la for\u00eat vierge d&#039;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, des vues impressionnantes sur les montagnes de l&#039;autre et l&#039;intrigante rivi\u00e8re Sierpe de l&#039;autre !<br \/>\n\u2013 Le terrain principal est immense ! On peut facilement y construire une maison principale de 300 m\u00b2 avec un abri voiture et laisser suffisamment d&#039;espace pour que les enfants (ou les adultes, ou les deux) puissent jouer. Le reste du terrain est un m\u00e9lange de pentes et de plaines, ce qui permet toutes sortes de projets cr\u00e9atifs ; m\u00eame la construction d&#039;une maison d&#039;h\u00f4tes de 150 m\u00b2 dans la jungle (c&#039;\u00e9tait mon projet) ;<br \/>\n\u2013 La brise constante ;<br \/>\n\u2013 Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019un seul voisin, une grande famille du Texas qui est sur le point de construire sa maison sur le seul autre terrain disponible au sommet d\u2019une cr\u00eate ; ils sont suffisamment proches pour que vous vous sentiez en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais suffisamment loin pour vous faire oublier que vous avez des voisins ;<br \/>\n\u2013 Sa proximit\u00e9 avec Ojochal et ses commodit\u00e9s, tout en \u00e9tant nich\u00e9 dans un environnement paisible et verdoyant, au c\u0153ur de la magnifique faune et flore costariciennes. Ce terrain est plus proche du centre d&#039;Ojochal que la plupart des autres phases de la ville\u00a0;<br \/>\n\u2013 Le trajet court et facile depuis l\u2019autoroute ; en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les terrains avec vue sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an comme ceux-ci n\u00e9cessitent des trajets longs et p\u00e9nibles sur des routes difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis convaincu que tout investissement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 Vergel ne fera que cro\u00eetre dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
