Le sol de cette ferme est sombre et propice \u00e0 la culture vivri\u00e8re, contrairement \u00e0 la plupart des fermes de la r\u00e9gion, principalement constitu\u00e9es d&#039;argile rouge. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 abrite \u00e9galement deux sources naturelles et plusieurs magnifiques cascades. Vous pourriez m\u00eame cr\u00e9er un bassin naturel au pied de l&#039;une d&#039;elles. C&#039;est l&#039;endroit id\u00e9al pour construire la maison de vos r\u00eaves ou un centre de retraite exceptionnel. Il y a m\u00eame une section naturelle en forme d&#039;amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre au pied de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, que vous pourriez transformer en un lieu unique. Il existe deux fa\u00e7ons d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9. La premi\u00e8re est d&#039;Uvita, par un chemin de gravier. L&#039;acc\u00e8s prend environ 30 minutes depuis la route goudronn\u00e9e et peut parfois s&#039;av\u00e9rer p\u00e9rilleux. L&#039;autre acc\u00e8s se fait depuis San Isidro et prend environ 40 minutes depuis le centre-ville et peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avec une voiture \u00e0 2 roues motrices.<\/p>\n<p>La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 s&#039;\u00e9tend sur environ 251 TP3T de p\u00e2turages ouverts et 751 TP3T de jungle primaire. En entrant, vous traversez une partie de jungle avant de d\u00e9boucher sur une premi\u00e8re zone de p\u00e2turage d&#039;environ 4 hectares. Cette partie, presque enti\u00e8rement utilisable, est accessible par un escalier et comprend actuellement une bodega et un enclos \u00e0 chevaux. La vue depuis cette zone est imprenable\u00a0: jungle primaire, montagnes et oc\u00e9an, y compris les \u00eeles Ballena\u00a0! Un sentier traverse ensuite une autre partie de jungle et m\u00e8ne \u00e0 une deuxi\u00e8me clairi\u00e8re de 4 hectares, beaucoup plus plate et enti\u00e8rement exploitable. C&#039;est l\u00e0 que se trouvait l&#039;ancienne ferme et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et l&#039;oc\u00e9an. On y trouve de nombreux arbres fruitiers matures, notamment des manguiers, des orangers, des bananiers et des goyaviers. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces deux parties distinctes, cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 serait id\u00e9ale pour deux amis qui pourraient partager leur espace, ou m\u00eame la s\u00e9parer.
