Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 mi-chemin entre Dominical, ville c\u00f4ti\u00e8re du Pacifique Sud, et Perez Zeledon, l&#039;une des plus grandes villes de la r\u00e9gion, Platanillo est un petit village unique en son genre. B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&#039;un emplacement id\u00e9al pour acc\u00e9der facilement \u00e0 la plage et aux commodit\u00e9s de la ville, cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 a bien plus \u00e0 offrir. Autour de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, de nombreux arbres fruitiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ainsi que quelques arbres fruitiers matures en production depuis des ann\u00e9es. La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est un v\u00e9ritable joyau pour ceux qui recherchent l&#039;intimit\u00e9 et appr\u00e9cient la nature, car vous aurez de nombreux amis animaux qui vous rendront visite quotidiennement. La maison est livr\u00e9e meubl\u00e9e et dispose d&#039;une connexion internet haut d\u00e9bit par fibre optique.
