Like the other parcels at Punta Hermosa, Ochote has amazing ocean and mountain views along with year round sunsets that take your breath away. The combination of coastal vistas with cool midday breezes are unsurpassable. A good percentage, over two-thirds, of the Punta Hermosa community is forest; we have seen deer, peccary, sloth, monkey, leopards and many other mammals. The two species of monkey, the Howler and the White Face are seen daily; the Leopard much less frequently.
