Everything is good in Costa Rica. Even when it gets tough, it’s good. When things get complicated, it’s still  good. And when it’s good, it’s pure bliss. That’s why I moved here with my family in 2021, and why we created Vivir Osa – to make real estate around here just a little easier.

If you’ve searched for properties in Costa Rica, you might have found the online experience a tad overwhelming: visiting multiple real estate websites, sifting through duplicate listings, only to discover that some properties may no longer be available. It can be a slightly frustrating process. We know this firsthand—after buying, developping and selling several properties ourselves, we’ve experienced the pain along with the sweetness of pulling it off successfully.
